We are not a drop-off counter at a mall. We are not DJI’s returns department with a 6-week queue. We are a specialist workshop — bench testing, soldering station, digital microscope, ESC tester — run by technicians who understand what’s actually wrong with your machine.

- Step 3 — Pay the R500 inspection fee — full written diagnostic report within 3 working days
- Step 4 — Approve the repair quote — no work starts without your sign-off
- Step 5 — Repair completed and bench-tested
- Step 6 — Drone couriered back to you, flying again

Turnaround Times
Standard repairs (motor, ESC, gimbal, battery): 5–10 working days from date of inspection payment.
Complex repairs (PCB-level work, flight controller replacement, full rebuilds): 10–15 working days.
Agricultural drones: quoted case-by-case depending on parts availability.
Parts availability from SA suppliers affects timing — we will communicate proactively if there are delays.
